FAQs For Verifiers
No, social service or government assistance requests are free of charge.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click the “forgot password” button when signing in to your account. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the steps provided to reset your password.
Our team will work to provide you with credentials as quickly as possible. It typically takes a couple of hours, but can take up to 24 business hours.
